Strive has added another 1,107 bitcoin to its balance sheet, bringing the company’s total holdings to 27,462 BTC.

A $94.5 million purchase

CEO Matt Cole announced on Sept. 28 that the firm spent $94.5 million on the latest batch, paying an average of $85,396 per coin.

He also noted that warrant exercises brought in another $12.4 million, and wrote in a post on X:

“Strive acquired 1,107 $BTC for $94.5M at an average cost of $85,396 per bitcoin, bringing total holdings to ₿27,462. Warrant exercises generated another $12.4M. Including those proceeds, 85% of total capital raised came from SATA.”

Stack sits slightly in profit

According to bitcoin treasury data, Strive’s average acquisition price across its entire stack is roughly $80,862.

With bitcoin trading near $83,300, the holdings are worth about $2.3 billion and remain slightly in the green.

A steady weekly streak

The latest purchase extends a run of at least nine consecutive weekly bitcoin buys by the company.

Strive has kept announcing acquisitions even in weeks when Strategy stayed on the sidelines or was selling.

Funded through SATA

Most of the buying has been financed through SATA, Strive’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock.

The publicly traded preferred equity is designed as a digital credit product, raising capital to buy bitcoin while paying investors a high and relatively stable yield.
