About the Role

We’re hiring a real Bitcoiner to help run our social media accounts, write content, create memes and help with community engagement. Your primary duties will involve writing social media posts, produce content, schedule posts and run paid advertisements. Your responsibility is to use social media to improve a brand’s public appearance and increase sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and build long term relationship with the Bitcoin community and partners
Create social media strategies, campaigns and content
Facilitate social media inquiries to our support team
Maintain our social media properties
Help strategic resellers and partners optimize their traffic acquisition and conversion, including working closely with them on digital marketing, promotions, events and perfect online store execution (content, images, etc)
Organize and evangelize our products at virtual events on social media (ie Spaces)
Help highlight product features
Stay up to date on the latest industry news and key actors
Research market landscape and growth opportunities for Coinkite’s products

What We Look For In You

A thick skin and bitcoin hornet experience
Meme master skills — you know how to create and deploy memes
Strong interest and understanding of Bitcoin, and preferably experienced with Bitcoin wallets. We expect you to know what’s going on in the industry and actively participate – Bitcoin never sleeps
Experience with managing multiple initiatives, relationships, and juggling priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality as it relates to product development, non-public information, and client privacy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and take initiative in situations with little oversight
Flexible schedule is possible, but generally needs to be available 9-5 EST

Nice to Haves

Experience in an international environment with Consumer Electronics
Experience with Github, Zendesk, and Apple products
